"Overall - 5/5 absolutely would hire Cody again (actually we already did hire Cody again for a small project). Cody was always quick to respond during every step of the process from setting up the meetings to arriving on time and responding to any questions or concerns we had. He and his workers arrived on time every day and worked diligently all day even through intense heat and some smokey days. Cody was eager for this job and he certainly followed through.
Communication - 4.5/5 Cody was always pleasant and accommodating when I asked for a walk through to discuss the project, however, you have to ask for walk-throughs. The other thing is that in the very beginning of the project there were two areas of the yard we weren't sure what we were going to do with, so at the end of the project they were left blank/dirt. Make sure to check in regularly about the project's next steps.
Professionalism - 5/5. Cody and his guys were always super polite, on time, and did not leave a mess in the yard at the end of the day. After our initial project was complete, we actually hired Cody to come back and help with some of the planter beds.
Quality - 4.5/5. I love the overall outcome of the yard and it looks great. There are a few places that the details seem overlooked, such as runners peeping up through the decorative rock, but these are minor for us and we are still thrilled.
